Wookies with pants and sith Ewoks

I was watching the bonus material from Star wars and Mark Hamill was saying that the management was concerned about the Wookie having no pants. Now I have to ask how many people care if the wookie has pants? They might as well have a concern weather there are Sith Ewoks running about chopping limbs off people yelling Yub Yub.
